Betok is the name of a kind of fish that generally live wild in the fresh water. The scientific name is Anabas Testudineus. In English known as climbing gouramy or climbing perch, referring to its ability to climb to the ground.
Fish are generally small, up to about 25 cm long, but mostly smaller. Large-headed and scaly hard stiff.
This fish is widespread, ranging from India, China to Southeast Asia and Archipelago Islands to the west of Wallace Line.
