We drove away from home early, so before 8 in the morning, we were having breakfast some 30 kilometers away from the City of Pines (Baguio).
My meal was bacon and egg. When they served it, I immediately noticed that the veggies indicated in the menu were nowhere on the plate😅 It certainly didn't mention they were optional, so maybe they ran out of greens? LOL!
Anyway, we ate quietly and gratefully, appreciating those who endeavoured to make food available for us and all the others, The restaurant was almost full with travelers.
The LilGuy didn't like any food, so he stayed slumped on his chair, patiently waiting, while observing the surrounding. Thank goodness he didn't see the group of big dogs enjoying the sunshine outside.
We continued with our drive afterward, snapping some interesting shadows somewhere along the way. The guy and his motorbike a few meters ahead of us, the truck's head, the right rearview mirror and its handle, the electrical post including its decorations (i.e., transformer, wires, etc).
On arriving at our destination, we had to wait for over 4 hours. The bending shop we chose was buzzing and we had to queue up.
Yongi was tired he dozed on and off at the driver's seat. We had the aircon on for it was too hot.
We visited a few more stainless steel shops. We needed to purchase what was on our list, including flat sheets, bars and others (they'd be used for the truck). The rain started while we were waiting for the shop's boys to load what we bought.
Our lil boy was already up and relaxing. We proceeded to the bending shop to drop the items for them to work on tomorrow morning.
Then we headed to our favorite homestay, stopping by the WW resto to grab some takeaway for dinner.
Here's our little guy doing his investigations (sniffing) after a quick bath.😅
It's peaceful here. It's going to be a restful night for us. So goodnight world. Until tomorrow😊
