Today has been a crazy stormy day, I needed to make sure that nothing was going flying around in the garden. A couple of chairs flew over in the 90km wind.
The last time we had such a storm was in February with Storm Eunice and it was at the time of the Storm Moon on 16th Feb.
Therefore I went out in the early evening to check the moon and see what phase it was at, and it was pretty accurate to the moon calendar but didn't co-incide with a storm moon this time.
When I see the luminaries and how we use them differently as a calendar in many cultures and countries, it makes me realise we are having a special experience here and it's great to be alive.
