If it's something that we are good at, it's having a good time. Africans love to celebrate good times. It's a Friday today and although some Africans have been westernized to partying and hanging out, the more traditional African used this as time to reboot. A lot of people go to what we call the cattle post.
People in the west usually call it a farm. We in Botswana usually separate our animals from our crops and hence the cattle post. I'm Botswana, the rains have come really late this year so instead of going to the fields (where the crops are), on a Friday most people are heading to the cattle post.
