The Eyes Of Sahara

Introducing from a time long forgotten , spread out across the lands of Africa , the "Eye's of Sahara".

Marked upon the land from Ethiopia to Morocco , and everywhere else in-between. Ranging from small to huge , from beautiful , to unrecognizable and hard to find . Each area can present a new form and representation of the "Eye's of Sahara", most likely due to the harsh areas and terrain placed, or time upon being created. Each "Eye of Sahara" can be accompanied with many other mystery structures of old that could be from just a simple circle, to a grand design of another mysterious structure to only add to the greater mystery of it all, or maybe answer the mystery altogether.

As you travel across Africa using Google Earth, you will manage to see the many forms and variety's the "Eye's of the Sahara" appear marked upon the land. From Ethiopia , where it seems to just look like a plump eyebrow , no real form , to an elegant almost perfect representation of what I have come to call the "Eye's of Sahara" shown in Morocco and elsewhere. From a small unnoticeable , what sometimes look like a small flock of bats or birds , to an incredible 2000 ft stretched out beautiful curved eye around a bend in the terrain placed.

Thousands are marked within five areas I have mapped so far using Google Earth , such as Morocco , Mauritania, Algeria, Mali, and Niger. Ethiopia is a grand final. Each area presents so many different but connecting mysterious structures of old , that within the the areas you can clearly see that the placements themselves are important towards the areas being developed , worked upon , or just marked for reference or guidance. Some of the "Eyes of Sahara", are placed along side the main areas of water flow , while some isolated but still relevantly placed in area to be noticed and understood in time of creation. The "Eyes of Sahara" are a pure connection to a time when something was profoundly going on across Africa.

Here I present over a hundred images of the best display of the shapes, forms and beautiful creations of the "Eye's of Sahara", in Africa. Presented either as individual and as a group shot.
