For passionate travellers , adventure sports are great source of enjoyment and motivation. Trekking itself is a game that fills my heart with joy.
Other sports are :
1.Bungee jumping
Can,t find a more courageous game than this thats why its on the top in my list.You are on a height more than 100m and you are just thrown down the hill but later you find yourself alive.... Ohh God you spare my life ... Thats bungee jumping..
It is basically for the people in age group 18 to 60 and physicalky fit.
2.Flying fox
This sport is played on single basis but in some cases duo and trio are also allowed , the best thing about this is you get to stretch it for more than a kilometer.
The participant descends down the valley enjoying the environment
3.Para sailing
Another great sport that is practised in hilly areas where with the help of parachute you just enjoy the whispers of air spreading your arm in hills above thw peaks of hills
4. Kayaking
Kayaking is practiced in Nainital, Bhimtal, rishikesh and many other hikky areas. Its really enjoyable enjoying the water and maintaining the speed of your moment. You have the pace of life in your control.

5. Rafting
The best place in north india for rafting is Rishikesh, about 9 kms long ride in a group of 6 to 10 people is really enjoyable and mesmerizing
6. Rapelling
Moving up the 90 degree rock with the help of rope is also a great experince. Would love to be on the top of the hill but mind it will take the push out of you.
7. Cliff jumping
Jumping from specific height into water , you realky need tactics to do so, it might harm your body by the position with which you enter into the water.
8. Ballooning
Hot air balloon is a good sports but i think its better for little bit aged group of people. In this you dont need to make any physical effort.just just sit and enjoy and pray everything goes well till you get out of it..
