My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2018

Its Monday, the 3rd and i decided that i have to got in shape to run in the 29th in the city run, its only 5 km, and i think i can do so my objective every day will be to do 10 000 steps walking or running, today i start slow by only walking and running for 5 minutes. Tomorrow there will be more.
