My Actifit Report Card: May 6 2019

What an intensive day a long 10 hours working day and then 2 evening event where i had to go. After that doing sports was more then taff. But i did 45 min of weight lifibg triceps at home. Its so hard to loos weight and get back in shape. How do you motivate yourselfe. Am I the only one struggling? Lets keep purselves motivated
