My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2019

It is my 2nd week of exercise and I can say that I am getting in shape and my stamina is getting stronger. I felt my muscles in the lower leg part are tightened and I am happy which means my exercise is just right. Though, I have to focus more on my bum and belly fats.

I am still chubby. hehe
