My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2019

Walked the kid to school, worked a bunch, lifted weights at lunch, more work, then finally done ice hockey! Shenanigans took on More Cowbell, and got destroyed 7-2. Ugh. Good workout though. Then came home and did foam roller and stretching, followed by waking around the living room to but my goal.
