Woke up early to do cardio drumming in the basement while @bozz did his workout upstairs.
I have been working on teaching all 400 students how to calm down. We have been learning visualization, belly breathing, and muscle relaxation.
While walking in the hallway today, a 3rd grade student stopped me and appeared to be very excited. She explained to me that she taught her little brother how to belly breathe because he was upset. She was very impressed with herself.
I'd say today was a win. Keep moving forward.
