My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2019

I have been prayer fasting for days now. I stop eating at 5pm until morning. It’s not much different than intermittent fasting.

Usually when I do intermittent fasting, I fast in the mornings and have my first meal in the early afternoon. That just feels a lot like forgetting to eat and less like intentional fasting - which feels different.

Either way, yesterday, or very early today I woke up and realized that it was my last few days in my neighborhood- so I went for a night walk.

The neighborhood sure is different at that time at night.

Add that to the activity today and that was my step count.
