🇬🇧 I was in the woods, with the hope, now lost, of finding some porcini mushroom, but in my part it didn't rain enough to create the habitat for the porcini mushrooms..so I think that for the moment we won't see it and maybe even the season .. on the other hand I "found" this beautiful podolica cow! thanks to her it is possible to taste the famous caciocavallo podolico, a unique product in all its flavor! These cows have the freedom to roam quietly in the woods of the Gargano and perhaps the secret for the release of the excellent cheese is just that!
🇮🇹 Sono stato nel bosco, con la speranza, ormai perduta, di trovare qualche fungo porcino, ma dalle mie parti non ha piovuto abbasta da creare l’habitat per i porcini..quindi credo che per il momemto non ne vedremo e forse passera anche la stagione..in compenso ho “trovato” questa bellissima mucca podolica! grazie a lei è possibile assaggiare il famoso caciocavallo podolico, un prodotto unico in tutto il suo sapore! Queste mucche hanno la libertà di girovagare tranquillamente nei boschi del Gargano e forse il segreto per la fuoriuscita dell’ottimo formaggio è proprio questo!
