Introduction
I have been contributing to the Actifit iOS App with my Last Contribution containing adding Wallet section so that user can see their total awarded Actifit tokens, Allow users can see all transactions history of awarded tokens. In this contribution, I have implemented the settings part so that the users are able to switch between Metric and US measurement systems and can also donate rewards to charity.
What is the Actifit?
Actifit is an Activity tracking application that is based on Steemit blockchain. Actifit lets you track your daily activity and allow you post them on Steemit blockchain. If your activities count is greater than 5000 then you are rewarded with actifit tokens and which then can be used to buy sports equipments. You can earn more Actifit tokens if you are a STEEM token holder. Delegate to Actifit and earn 1:1 Actifit per Steem Power delegation, as well as a share of the 5% beneficiary reward of actifit posts.
Technologies Used
- Swift 4.1 which is Apple's native latest version of the language is used in the development of the App.
- Realm which uses Core Data inside has been used to store user information, Activity track of records and Charity information andlocally and safely.
Proof of work done
Settings User interface design and selecting metric or US measurement system and select charity to donate rewards Merged PL.
- Users send some of the body fitness information like weight, height, body fat etc..( while posting their activity on Steemit).
- The default units for this informations are in the metric system.
- Now Users are able to change the units measurement system from metric to the US in the settings section.

- Allow the user to select a charity from the available charities to donate rewards to them.

Roadmaps
We are working on other APIs which include expanding the user experience to track fitness data for wearables particularly.
We are constantly make updates to the project and aim to enhance all aspects to ensure it satisfies its purpose of rewarding the community’s fitness activity.
