My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019

Started the day with some weights. Did mostly pulling exercises. Creating a new plan going to try and stick with it. The routine will be push pull legs arms. Followed up with night time cardio

Morning:
dumbbell shoulder raises front and side to warm up the boulders.

Standing dumbbell press

Iso shoulder press
4x15
Bench
4x10
Incline bench
4x12

Ran out of time had to get to work

Night time cardio (which didn’t capture on tracker I believe)
Elliptical 20 mins
Rower 10 mins
