Today was a nice day on set. We shot in a beautiful church in Manhattan. Funny enough, it was the exact same church my friend Sam used for his film that I shot back in April. Sam was also on set today and it was really exciting coming back on that crime scene! We never thought we’d come back, especially together.

We then transitioned to a few exterior shots in a park in Brooklyn. As we were shooting close to sunset, the light was low and diffused through the atmosphere which gave the actress a beautiful hair light.
Tomorrow is day 2 out of 2. We will be shooting in a mansion in Brooklyn. I’m both excited and anxious about it, as it will be involve many ambitious lighting setups but we will be racing against time all day.
