I felt disappointed reading this tweet. It seems like they are wishing that the virus should spread more. I don’t want to take this tweets for what it is, else I will remain angry to night.
The first line has a tone of disappointment while the last line has a tone of hope, like they want it to spread more.
..."but the virus is still spreading" makes it sound like a glimpse of hope. As if there is a target that is not been met.
