Very beautiful animals like this with hidden wings

If we look at this animal it looks like a beautiful beetle and its head is hard as a rock with a wing covered with a hard membrane.

Strangely this animal does not move when touched, this animal is very fond of eating wood that has dried and make a nest on the wood.
