Issue Of Steemit In Aceh

Aceh is a province within the state of the Republic of Indonesia out of a total of 35 provinces, is a province whose people are poor but have abundant funds in the centralized government system of Jakarta on the Java island. In 2017, Aceh ranks 2nd as the poorest province on the Sumatra island.

Aceh is still the second poorest province of Sumatra, which is 16.43 percent or 841 thousand people until September 2016. The first is Bengkulu province with a percentage of 17.03 percent. The second poverty rate for Aceh is still the same as the period from January to September 2015 and March 2016.

In essence, the Acehnese have an innate intelligence level and a spirited challenger. (sentence feels like a compliment).

But something unexpected, a steem bomb exploded in Aceh, and continued to spread throughout Indonesia like a virus. The #aceh tag is a popular one, and then uses the 70% Indonesian tag from Aceh, partly written in Indonesian. Results of observationt, some Aceh users remain at its founding, using the #aceh tag and posting in English.

What is felt for the existence of the steemit platform?

This platform is like a new job vacancy. Make a post, then get rewarded. User creates content like a journalist working on a news site.
Sometimes the benefits received exceed the average incomes in Aceh. It's very tempting. There is no age limit for all users.

Rights of the child.

If @steemit is considered as an employment. Therefore, steemit.com will be struck by the LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER 10 YEAR 2012:

That the child has the right to be protected from economic exploitation and to work in any work that harms or interferes with the child's education, undermines the physical, mental, spiritual, moral, and social development of the child;

Then another reason is, unicef.org.au released: A simplified version of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child

Article 1. Everyone under 18 years of age has all the rights in this Convention.
Article 2. The Convention applies to everyone whatever their race, religion, abilities, whatever they think or say, whatever type of family they come from.
Article 3. All organisations concerned with children should work towards what is best for each child.

What we are experiencing now in Aceh, children under the age of 18, are skipping school and coming to Internet cafes to rejoice with Steemit or similar cases. They do everything just to make money from the posts. It is done without parental guidance, or their educational institution.

A question. What is the age that is restricted to join in steemit.com?

Let's discuss.
How to solve this problem?
