It is always better to write passionately about ones beliefs, ideas and projects for the sole purpose of making it known to the world, and gaining followership- well this is usually how writers build their readers' base. However, for an ecosystem or a for-profit-oriented business, more than just writing about a system’s beautiful blueprint, accomplished projects and sales volume is needed for a platform to gain the desired user/customer base, and also become financially successful. In my article on ‘Bankcoin (BANK) – The Cryptonized Platform with a Mindblowing Potential', I analysed Bankcoin’s potential of becoming the next big thing in the crypto space with emphasis on the platform’s business model and the possibility of long term survival.
This essay is the first, in the series of essays that I will write on the Bankcoin's (the entire ecosystem) affiliate and referral programmes. The Ablotto platform (the Decentralized lottery system) launched a few days ago, is the topic of interest in this essay. Here, a comprehensive analysis of the platform’s affiliate and referral programme is explained so that investors and users of the platform will understand how they can practically benefit financially just by inviting new users to the platform (https://ablotto.com). According to Ablotto’s affiliate/referral design, there are two types of affiliate programmes that users can benefit from- 'the ticket sales referral programme; and the ‘total affiliate commission' which will be awarded to a referrer only when the referee or referred becomes the winner of each lottery drawing.
Ticket Sales Referral Programme
As explained earlier the Lottery arm of the Bankcoin ecosystem has two major affiliate programmes. The first is the 'ticket sale referral programme'. Under this rule, old members (referrer) are able to profit from the revenue generated from ticket sales just by inviting new users to the platform, even without playing the lottery. The three levelled referral system is such that pays 3% bonus to individual A when he/she directly invites individual B to play the lottery, 2% for A when B invites individual C, and finally one percent for A when C directly invites individual D to play the lottery.
This means that the more referrals that a user invites, the more commission he will earn continuously.
Referral Commission from Jackpot Winnings
This programme allows a user whose referee won any or all of the lottery's jackpot prize to benefit from the jackpot money only if he/she (the referrer) also bought from the same or all lottery types with his referree. The referrer in this case is entitled to as much as four percent of the total jackpot sum won by the his/her referee. The size of the referral or affiliate jackpot bonuses is dependent on the lottery ticket type (6/49; Jokerball, and 7Plus), and the number of lottery entries that was played and won by the referee. The referral commission paid by the Ablotto platform stands at a maximum amount of four percent of the total jackpot revenue of the lottery drawings, and only the direct referrer is entitled to this bonus. For a platform that seeks popularity, patronage and business success, affiliate marketing is the way to go, and in my opinion, the Ablotto’s team has from the beginning chosen the part of success for the Ablotto platform by adopting affiliate program strategy. A strategy that I feel is strategic enough to energise the entire Bankcoin Ecosystem to a financial boom!
Although it is proactive for a platform to incentivize users (who invite other new members to try out the platform) for their effort towards growing the business, it is also pertinent that the Modus operandi of the reward system are set beforehand so as to avoid system abuse, and confusion for the platform users. Hence the reason for the terms and conditions set for the Ablotto's affiliate system. It is written that if a winner of a lottery ticket(s) was not invited by anyone, 4% of the prize value will be burned for platform operations.
The above condition is further elaborated as thus; for a referrer to be paid four percent of the jackpot amount won by the referee, he/she must meet all of these requirements: the winner(s) must be invited directly by the referrer; the referrer and the winner(s) (referees) must buy in the same lottery drawing(s) (types), and according to the number of tickets the referrer buys, he/she will get the corresponding commission(s) on the total Jackpot prize value that the referee won. Below is an example of how the Ablotto ( a Decentralized lottery platform) affiliate/referral jackpot commission works:
In the first instance, if a referrer (old platform user) buys one - four lottery tickets in any or all of the lottery types, he/she gets 1.00% commission on the total Jackpot prize value that the referee won.
In the second instance, if the referrer buys five - nine lottery tickets in any or all of the lottery types, he/she gets 1.50% commission on the total Jackpot prize value that the referee won.
In the third instance if a referrer buys ten to fourteen tickets in any or all of the lottery types, he/she gets 2.00% commission on the total Jackpot prize value that the referee won.
In the fourth instance, if the referrer buys fifteen to nineteen lottery tickets in any or all of the lottery types, he/she gets a 2.50% commission on the total Jackpot prize value that the referee won.
In the fifth instance, if the referrer buys twenty to twenty-four lottery tickets in any or all of the lottery types, he/she gets a 3.00% commission on the total Jackpot prize value that the referee won.
In the sixth instance, if the referrer buys twenty-five to twenty-nine lottery tickets in any or all of the lottery types, he/she gets a 3.50% commission on the total Jackpot prize value that the referee won.
In the seventh instance, if the referrer buys more than twenty-nine lottery tickets in any or all of the lottery types, he/she gets a 4.00% commission on the total Jackpot prize value that the referee won.
With this well structured affiliate system in place it makes it impossible for users to abuse the system. And also, it promotes hard work amongst affiliate marketers of the lottery platform.
