Who would have thought a bunch of misfits of clothes would have come together and make such a perfection?!!!

Have you ever worn a certain outfit so much that you start avoiding taking pictures in it?
Well I have. And let me tell you about it.

I have this particular outfit that I’m very sure my friends are now sick of, I know someone is sick of it. Lol. It consists of a grey-ish long sleeve shirt, a brown tailor-made formal trousers, and brown pair of shoes, and a white cap and black pouch.

The reason why I like it so much is that it’s just comfortable. Also, it’s not entirely a casual outfit. To me it’s between casual and formal. Semi formal or semi causal. Most importantly as mentioned before it’s just so comfortable and I would make up all sorts of excuses to wear it.

I can hardly go a week without wearing it a couple of times. Sometimes I wear it repeatedly for days it is almost as if I never slept or took a shower after I wore on the first day. I wear it together with every little detail the same.

I have had all these clothes for quite a while now. The only new one among them is the pair of shoes which I bought just in January. I have had the shirt for over 3 years, the trousers is a few months old, and the cap has been there for over 3 years too(got it in 2019).

The shirt

I have worn the shirt uncountable times with other clothes, but at this point I can’t quite picture what I used to wear it with unless I dig down my camera roll. I have worn it so much in this combination it does not even seem possible that I have ever worn it differently. To think I left it untouched for over a year because it was too big for me.

The trousers

When I got the trousers too I thought it was too big in width and short in length for me so I just left it and planned to send it to the tailor for alterations. I wanted a slim-fit trousers which I could wear to attend formal gatherings but I was not in the same location with the tailor for him to take my measurements. He did have my old measurements tho so I just told him to make it as comfortable as possible but It turned out too big for my liking. Well, then(a few months ago) it looked too big but now I have gotten a nice combination for it and it’s quite comfortable now. I did not do any alterations on it again.

The shoes

I got the shoes earlier this year in January. Even though I bought it impulsively, I can say it’s my favorite buy this year so far. I needed some new shoes but I didn’t go to the market on that particular day looking for it. I found this particular one while I was just passing. For the record it is a secondhand refurbished shoe. It was hanging by the laces with many other shoes in a display stand but my eyes only caught this particular one.

The outfit

The fact that the shoes is a high-top shoes complemented the length of the trousers so well. When I wear them together the trousers look perfect. The shirt too not being a small size also complements the width of the trousers hiding that flaw in the trousers. They all come together beautifully, complements the other, hides the other’s flaws and makes a perfect combination. The white cap balances my black hand-pouch. And my army-camouflage-color wrist watch takes the whole outfit to perfection!!!

Who would have thought a bunch of misfits of clothes would have come together and make such a perfection?!!!

Maybe my imperfection is what we need to achieve perfection.
