Had a tent like this pop up in the Safeway parking lot. There were two people wearing Butchers coats pretending to be doctors with a "free flu shot" banner up like a flea market. Asked if I wanted a free shot my answer was, rightly, "not in a million years" to which they both seemed perplexed.
