Splinterlands: So Close Yet So Far — Chasing Top 100 in the Final Hours.

There are just a few hours remaining until the end of the current season. It has been intense and, at the same time, really interesting, I must say.

Right now I’m sitting at a rating of 3,300, but I’m still outside the top 100 on the leaderboard. I need roughly 100 more points to have a real chance of breaking in. That’s why I said earlier it’s been intense. Can you imagine? Even 3,300 rating doesn’t guarantee a spot — or the end-of-season Glints reward that comes with it.

With just a few hours left in the season, I want to share a quick update on how I’m doing in the two ranked modes I’ve been heavily focused on: Modern Ranked and Frontier Ranked.

I’ll dig deeper into Modern Ranked, because that’s where the real competition (and the real rewards) live for me — both in terms of challenge and the entries + Glints on the line.

As the season winds down, every warrior is pushing hard for that top-100 finish. The leaderboard has been bouncing around a lot as people fight for placement and the end-of-season rewards.

Like I said before, I’m currently at 3,300 rating with a 51.13% win rate, sitting in 112th position. I’ve already missed the top 100 in Modern Ranked for two seasons in a row. If I can just push a little higher and finish inside the top 100, I’ll lock in an extra 25,000 Glints on top of what I’ve already earned this season.

I wouldn’t call this a disappointing season, even if I miss the top 100. I’ve managed to accumulate a solid amount of Glints, which feels very satisfying. To be precise: 150,312 end-of-season Glints accumulated so far.

That's why you must factor them all into your deck building.Toss in strong cards to boost your setups, and push hard to rack up as many victories as possible! 🔥 Moving forward, this is how I am faring in frontier ranked and I must say I really pushed up the rank this season as compared to previous ones. Thanks to the arrival of the arena vanguard foundation cards.
Here's is my current frontier ranked look:

I am on Gold one the highest level in frontier ranked with a rating of 3,660 at 224th position on the leaderboard top 100 placement at the moment. Nowhere near! Frontier ranked is so tough and competitive.It is easier to get end of season reward in modern ranked than frontier ranked. I should be looking at a rating of 4,000 upwards if I want to get a reward as shown on the leaderboard placement table.It changes every now and then though,as the season nears its end.

So basically,what I do here is to gather as much foundation packs as I can. At the moment I have 8 packs at the mana well ready for That's 40 copies of foundation cards.
