From what I have discovered,It is not who is occupying 1,2,3,4,5....etc positions on the leaderboard.Just be among the top 50 users on the leaderboard,then the system uses the RANDOM INTEGRAL GENERATOR to pick the RANDOM NUMBERS.Thank you.
