timber is a music player app that is quite famous in android and open source.. So I was interested to design a new icon for this application. I have designed a new icon for this application. Because this application is a music player, then I combined the symbol of music into the new icon.
Benefits / Improvements
In the previous icon still has shortcomings, that is too general and not unique. Because it's on a new icon that I've desained, I have combined 3 music symbols into the new icon. First, the symbol of musical notation means that this application can play music. Secondly, vinyl tapes mean that this app has many styles of music. Third, the play button means that this app can play any type of music.
Then I combined the material design style and flat design on this application. So that makes this app look attractive and modern.
