That's an interesting question. It's not easy as a curator. As a curator you can look for introduceyourselfs and reward some, but you can't follow all newbies and follow up with upvotes. Thus, I see the responsibility with the newbies. They need to interact intensely with other Hiveans and build their own network within Hive. What do you think?
