Our goal is to close a US$40 trillion Dollar gap in B2B working capital finance by decentralizing access to finance.

Traxia focuses on Trade Finance related to international payments (factoring, letter of credit, etc.). Currently, trade Finance is provided by banks. Traxia, in turn, offers to transfer it to the blockchain sphere.

The company's task is to create smart contracts within the blockchain, which will automatically perform all the necessary actions within the entire ecosystem.

After the borrower and the lender agree to the terms of the loan, a new electronic asset is created on the blockchain. All necessary documents are attached to the loan and entered into the blockchain too. In process of functioning of the contract is formed the credit history on all payments of the borrower.

All received information is encoded into smart contracts that automatically regulate credit servicing. In addition, are also formed individual smart contracts on securities.

As a result, a single management model is created for transactions involving creditors, borrowers, rating agencies, investors and other relevant third parties verify.

Emurgo was founded and registered in Japan in 2017. Emurgo develops and supports commercial ventures and then helps them to integrate into the decentralized blockchain ecosystem, Cardano.

LiqEase provides issuing and listing services to buyers, sellers and investors. And it is also a technology provider to the Traxia ecosystem.

In fact, LiqEase is part of the final Traxia product. LiqEase, in turn, has achieved big success and recognition.

We have the first and simple version of our Minimal Viable Product (MVP) ready, we are also one of the few blockchain projects that already have a product and solution that meets existing market demand which we can prove with a first and currently ongoing trial (January/February 2018).
