Pakistan has said it does not consider itself bound by any of the obligations contained in the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). According to the Dawn news agency, the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) came into force last Friday. However, it does not have the signature of any major nuclear power. According to the United Nations, the treaty seeks to legally bind nuclear weapons. It is forbidden to take part in any nuclear weapons activities.
