Nothing better than a chill relax Sunday morning. Waking up to Christmas tunes, throwing the dirty laundries out, clearing the trash and now pen-ning down this post. It really has been awhile since I came up with a Sunday Multivitamins post. Mostly because there isn't much more than the ordinary happening in my life besides work and the weekends but sometimes the ordinary is just what we all need. Our lives are being complicated and fast traveled because we have many instant things and we want things immediately that we forget to take a step back and just enjoy every second that exists. I can give you a few instant thing and the name has it quite literally. 'Instant noodles', 'Instant Coffee', 'Instant delivery from Amazon', you get the gist of it.

If you would to ask me to go back to my parent's era where email wasn't even a thing, I would probably be somewhere outside visiting the plains or highlands instead of sitting down with a nice cup of coffee writing this post. Lives were different back then but that doesn't mean we can't make the best of our lives now. Despite the different generation we live in, there's always good in something if we look for it.
