Suggested improvement for the SteemDBM application #2 - Threshold limit notifications

SteemDBM is an android application to display the VOTING POWER and BANDWITH REMAINING of a steemit account built by @peneinc. My contribution is about its functionalities.

Proposal

I would like to add 2 limit thresholds for VP and BANDWITH in the application that would be configurable. Thus, when our VOTING POWER or BANDWITH REMAINING drops below a certain level it sends us an immediate notification. There would also be the addition of a parameter button to set the threshold at which to send the notification.

Benefits

This addition will allow steemian users to better manage their bandwith and VP and prevent them from dropping too low (and thus avoid a problem of steemit account blocking due to the bandwith). This will make the application even more useful.
