Ripping other people live videos on 3speak and posting the audio files on Dsound is plagiarism. It's their intellectual property and you need permission to use it.

You can post yours but with some additions so people can anticipate a better version on Dsound. You can address some 3speak feedbacks on the Dsound audio file.
