I was looking through folders and found photos of the first time I built a funbox.
That time I made it out of wood and with the help of several friends.The idea was simple, make a funbox for fun and something that is worth the time and money invested in it.
So I was looking at ramps in magazines and began the calculations of the measures that the funbox should have. this was the result.
It is composed of a section with a railing on one side, in the middle the large ramps with the box and at the other end some steps.
In my city there were no skateparks, but that was not going to stop me, so little by little I built different skatespots.building spots and taking them to different places helped to increase the number of skaters little by little, it was a bit slow but it was great when we saw that there were already many new friends. Hopefully it will inspire others that you don't expect the government to build you a skatepark, create yours little by little.
