Vote distribution is your vote percentage for every author. The Gini Simpson index was just a way to measure that distribution with a single value, but it isn't used anymore. Yeah the 24h hour time frame

Just upvote fair and you will get there. If you check your vote distribution on you will see that two users (including you) get most of your votes and they others get a lot less. Ofc upvoting too many

There is a difference between your voting strength and the voting power. Voting power shows how much voting you have done. Voting strength can be adjusted for every vote by users with more than 500 SP.
