When I joined this platform, it was hard to overcome what I considered a failure for my first posts, as evidenced by the extremely low payouts. I remember thinking it was pointless to put more effort into them because no one would read them anyway. Later, I realized that the underlying aspiration wasn't to get higher payouts (well, not entirely, I still need the money), but to express myself. Since then, I've tried to focus on improving my content, despite the attention it gets, and I've grown quite fond of many of the literary creations I've written and shared exclusively for Steemit.
That is why I thought it would be a good idea to summarize my progress. With posts like this one, I'll be able to access the content easily and also present it to the occasional new readers that might enjoy it. Where's the joke in that? Anyway, I've got a bit of an OCD and I like need to organize things. That's it.
