Google is getting a major update for it's Spreadsheets and can now finally record macros which was already present in Microsoft Office.
One wrong click in your work can have most of your time & efforts wasted for hours, but thanks to this update from google, it will make life easier for users and also urge them to make a switch from excel.
Macros let you record your instruction and then you can play to perform a particular task. Thereby taking care of repeated changes that you need to do in your spreadsheets, simply just run the macro.
In addition google have also introduced few updates like Custom paper sizes, Row and column grouping options, Checkboxes in cells, Grouping data by time frame (week, month, year, etc.)
