Finally, I'm back here after almost a month of inactivity. This is due to the natural disaster that hit my area, namely flash floods. Aceh is one of the provinces in Indonesia that experienced severe flooding. There is no network and electricity, making it impossible for me to do many things. But the most important thing is that I am still safe.
This is a caterpillar that at first glance looks very beautiful, bright green in color and looks like it blends in with the leaves around it.In my village, this caterpillar is called the span caterpillar, the name is taken from the way this caterpillar moves by arching its back and looks like it is measuring a span.
Again, we should not be fooled by its appearance, even though this caterpillar looks very beautiful, this caterpillar stores a lot of poison in its body and will cause itching and swelling if it comes into contact with our skin.
This caterpillar is also considered a pest by farmers because this caterpillar likes to eat leaves and will cause plants to be damaged and die, so it is not surprising that many farmers hate this caterpillar and even kill it by spraying anti-pest drugs on their plants.
