They say that the eyes are the window of the soul... From birth, the eyes allow us to appreciate the world in different shapes and colors in most cases.
The eyes are an instrument of the sense of sight, it involves 10% of the process, since the brain is responsible for the remaining 90%. The images enter through the eyes, go to the optic nerve, then go from the thalamus to the occipital lobe where the primary vision is processed. Complete vision occurs when the information from all the cerebral lobes has been processed.
Therefore, it is the brain that composes the third dimension, integrating the information that comes from each eye, and adjusting in a surprising way to give life to what we see. In this sense, it is clear that we learn by seeing, by what we are who choose what images we take to our brain and what images we create or do for others to take to their brain, all of us are somehow masters, we teach with our actions, Remember that we are exposed to the sight of others.
Another important aspect to highlight is that the sense of sight works best when the eyes are in motion, collecting sensory information from the environment. In an active learning situation, it is recommended that the external muscles of the eye move constantly from top to bottom, from side to side or in circles; the more these muscles are strengthened and moved as a team, the more connections will develop in the brain and the more available will be found to provide better answers. That is why children must be given learning experiences beyond the blackboard and notebook, training them to move their eyes is a way to accelerate their learning, taking into account that there must also be periods of relaxation, to avoid inflammation in the eyeball and visual fatigue.
Most of the learning experiences of the human being are related to the sense of sight, we learn by seeing, we deserve to appreciate worthy images as transcendent human beings that we are, that is why it is important to pay attention to what we see and learn that can leave us, for example, when looking at the ant trail, our eyes show us one ant after another with some leaves or food remains, the learning that is obtained from this is the discipline and organization of these living beings, thanks to the internal process in our brain.
Practicing also the exercise of seeing beyond what the eyes perceive, allows us to learn to recognize when a smile is sincere, identify the brightness in a glance and even see the aura of a person. Today's invitation is to give your brain images that are productive, encouraging, enjoyable and full of healthy content.
