As we mentioned earlier, we were considered an alternative to our current development plan. GoldMint CEO Dmitry Pluschevsky insisted on the voting procedure to stick with the DAO principles. We’ve made a voting page for MNTP holders and have conducted the voting. The investors had to choose one of two options:
Stick with our old plan described in the white paper, i.e wait until we launch our own Graphene-based blockchain and stop ICO on 20.10.2017.
Launch GOLD tokens on Ethereum first and then develop Graphene-based blockchain and prolong ICO till 11.11.2017.
The voting lasted for 4 days and we have got 108 votes and it’s enough to make a decision.
74 MNTP holders have voted for “Launch GOLD tokens on Ethereum first and then develop Graphene-based blockchain and prolong ICO till 11.11.2017”
And only 34 have voted for “Stick with our old plan described in the white paper, i.e wait until we launch our own Graphene-based blockchain and stop ICO on 20.10.2017”.
With this results, we can conclude that:
ICO will be extended for 21 days.
GoldMint will start Ethereum based development and the platform will be launched as soon as possible — approximately until the end of the year.
At the same time, we’ll start Graphene-based development and it will be accomplished nearly by the end of the next year.
Here is how we see GoldMint on Ethereum:

1. GoldMint launches GOLD crypto assets on Ethereum.
2. Besides gas fee, there will be a fee in GOLD. A fee is taken when a transaction of GOLD tokens occurs (example):
   a) If the sender holds 0 MNTP, then the transaction fee is 1% GOLD.
   b) If the sender holds at least 10 MNTP, then the transaction fee is 0.3% GOLD.
   c) If the sender holds at least 1000 MNTP, then the transaction fee is 0.03% GOLD.
3. GoldMint team doesn’t have any opportunity to withdraw transaction commission.
4. When GoldMint’s Graphene-based blockchain is ready, there will be an optional opportunity to migrate MNTP/GOLD tokens. All MNTP holders who migrate their MNTP and GOLD tokens to the new blockchain will receive their part of collected commissions automatically for the period of work on Ethereum. Users who promptly do this after launching will receive higher commissions.
5. When the migration process is completed, transaction fees in Ethereum will be fixed to as much as 1% for all token holders.
