Hello guy's here's my another actifit report as always starting my day with morning walk and then went at work. Today whole day alone walking collecting documents passing the bills and releasing vehicle's. After that came home rested for while and then went for evening walk with my friend. We walk 4+4=8 kilometre today. We went 4 kilometre and came back so all total 8 kilometres. We did little bit warm up and excercise there and came home thank you everyone and good night.
