Ahh... Reminds me of the first ever yo-yo I got as a present from my folks. When it spoilt, I remember desperately trying to fix it with good old strings first, but that didn't work well, so next I tried using my tooth floss but that didn't work either; lol ultimately, I ended up stealing tiny bits of my mom's hair and extensions to replace the broken string but... that just left my butt cheek disfigured.
