This is no joke- I still got my Christmas tree up and upon walking to the grocery store today, I have discovered chocolate Easter eggs and hot cross buns....!
I mean- really?!? Are people actually buying Easter eggs that close after Christmas? I would love to hear your comments and reasons for doing so, if you do. Perhaps there’s some sneaky clever reason people do this- which i might have overseen.
Meanwhile, I do feel that the commercial side of occasions such as Christmas and Easter, really takes the magic away, from what it is meant to be about. I am wondering how that would change, if blockchain currency does become a given...? Honestly, what would big cooperations, such as Woolworths (where I spotted the Easter eggs), do in terms of enticing their customers to buy their products? How would marketing change in a blockchain world? Perhaps, Christmas 2018- we could be very close to finding that out?
One thing is for sure- the old system doesn’t apply to how things are done anymore. I’m still learning about all this but one thing I can say for sure- people are smarter and need to be more autonomous. I’m looking forward to expand my horizon on all things crypto and blockchain and would love it, if you could point me into the direction of any articles etc that could enlighten me.
In the meantime- I’m going to keep venting about Easter eggs in the shops at the beginning of January :)
