Optikey helps people with motor neuron disease to manipulate a computer through their eyes. Through a web camera or an eye tracking device the software is capable of detecting the movements of the eyes, thus allowing to perform various tasks such as:
- Manipulate the position of the pointer.
- Make multiple selections
- Write on a keyboard.
- Use shortcuts.
- Text to speech
