John 1:4-5
KJV:In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5KJV:And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
AMP:And the Light shines on in the darkness, for the darkness has never overpowered it [put it out or absorbed it or appropriated it, and is unreceptive to it].
Light symbolizes hope. The Bible let us to understand that the life in Christ Jesus is the light of all men.
While on earth, Jesus exercised dominion over all things.
He spoke to maimed limbs, corpses, deaf ears, blind eyes, crippled limbs, demons, fishes, trees and they all obeyed him without a second.
It is recorded that Jesus tamed the laws of nature and transcended them.
Jesus Christ came into the world and became the light of all men; the hope of men.
Now you are the light of all men! You are the hope of your family and generation. You are the light that shines in darkness and darkness comprehended it not, because you have overcome darkness.
As an ever-shining light, no man nor demonic power shall overcome you. God has set you on a high pedestal and nothing shall cut you short or by any means hurt you.
You are the man, the light, the world is seeking!
Therefore light up your world by spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Jesus is the solution mankind seeks. At His precious words, burdens are lifted; sickness healed, dead people are raised and like in the days of Pentecost, testimonies abound unto all who daily, genuinely seek Him.
As you submit to God's authority, you shall be exalted. Your life is an embodiment of His grace.
Conclusion
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house
Go forth into the world and shine forth your light that men may see and give glory to him who deserves the glory.
Let your life glorify God the father. Amen!
