You know you are right. When parents gets older, loneliness struck and they wish to just be with their children, have them around but this really cannot happen since those children will start a family of their own and be away from them.
But its a good thing to constantly remind our parents how much they mean to us in words and even with actions.
Because just like you have mentioned, they are our selfless well-wishers, our number one fans.
I still seize this opportunity to wish all fathers.
