Lately, I have been finding so much pleasure in sleeping. Oh yeah, you heard me right.
I used to find it very difficult to sleep or rest especially in the afternoon. The only time I get to sleep or shut my eyes was at night. Taking afternoon naps or siesta became a very difficult thing for me, the sleep never came no matter how hard I tried.
I would just stay in bed and turn 360 but the sleep still wouldn't come.
But thankfully that changed, and now I sleep comfortably and I take my afternoon nap very seriously.

No! It's actually more like my system has gotten used to my siesta that it automatically shuts down on me when it's about time. And it's usually always almost the same time every day. Whenever I feel tired, wearied out, or my eyes are just heavy, I do well to check my time and realize it is time and my body was just yearning for some rest.
A few persons have spoken with in the meantime might probably think sleeping is one of my hobbies, perhaps it's now included in my hobbies. I find so much love in resting, it keeps me sane and gets me the energy to run other activities throughout the remaining hours of the day. I rest better than I used to, or should I say I sleep better than before and that's a good thing I guess, except for those that would want to preach laziness to me. Save me your speech, I know when I am just being lazy and when I am having a good time resting. It doesn't count as laziness, so spare me your sermon 🥴
