The German company Porsche officially announced the upcoming premiere of the new generation of the 911 (992) sports coupé. The manufacturer showed pictures of the car, which is still covered with camouflage.
The new generation of the cult model will be presented later this year. Judging by the photographs, the cult car will not undergo substantial design changes and will retain its easily recognizable silhouette.
The company does not reveal any details about the machine. In front of the journalists invited to the presentation, it was only said that "the Porsche 911 will always have a steering wheel." And also that this is the last car on the planet that will receive autonomous mobility technology.
According to unofficial figures, the most powerful version of the new Porsche 911 - Turbo S will develop 630 hp. The cabin is built on a new platform - MMB, which uses more aluminum. So the car is lighter, but its interior space is increased.
