What really has impressed me is how the lights are always left on in Hive for the community members to come and go, and come back.

I read a post lately about leadership and employment relationships and how they have changed for the better or worse. It went along the lines of 'you don't have to ask permission to leave work and pick your sick child up early at daycare. You don't have to feel guilty for taking time off for a family vacation. You don't have to apologize for having a life and you are trusted to perform your role and achieve your objectives and manage your work/life balance so you can continue to be a part of a productive and growing team.'

Not the same really but kinda related when people come back because of the community. The rewards are a part of that community and I am not going to apologize for making them as I make connections, grow my network of real people, and keep the lights on for when people come back.

Anyhow, I share appreciation for Hive & the community that makes for that glue and perpetual safe place in the wild west that is crypto.
