It is such a delicate balance for me!

Casting off stress and the need to achieve in exchange for contentedness. Checking that hero at the door certainly is a healthy thing to do for sure. It is not a skill for me to permanently put in place as that contentedness can lead to complacency and a lack of motivation to tackle the challenges than need to be tackled.

It is the balance between the one-dimensional slaying obsession and the abandoning of it all together that is my dragon. Knowing that happiness is a choice, in any moment, sure is a personal superpower when wrestling with that balance.
