That is safe advice for sure. The older I get, the more I worry about things for sure as duty and responsibility weigh heavy. So great to balance that out with the wisdom that all other emergencies and disasters came and went the same.

Half of these dire issues don’t even exist but in the constructs we have created. It is spring and there are buds on the trees again after-all!
