Like the title says this is my very first steemit post and I’m excited to see the potential of STEEMIT!
Ok so where do I start? Ummmm.... Well today is Monday, May 27, 2019 and it’s 12:22pm California time. Today is actually Memorial Day. For those of you that do not know what Memorial Day is let me tell you.
MEMORIAL DAY:
Memorial Day is every last Monday of the month of May. It’s a Federal holiday so most people are off work and students are off school. It became an official holiday in 1971. Memorial Day is the day that Americans remember and honor the soldiers who died while serving the armed forces.

I have to cut this short because I have to go buy some ice for my cousins “Memorial Day” all meat bbq.
